How to share your post on Facebook and Twitter automatically

Sharing your blog post on social media sites are one of the best ways to get traffic to your site. Traffic hits from social media sites like Facebook and Twitter are not that much as compared to organic traffic you can get from search engine optimization except if you have a good amount of fans, friends and twitter followers. But it is good to build relationship from your blog so sharing each blog post with your friends on Facebook, twitter and other social media sites is the best. It can also increase your sites Pagerank too as Google considers traffic from social media sites paramount. You can auto post your blog post each time you update your blog with fresh content in three ways. 

Although they are possibly more but I choose to write on the few I know for now. One of the method will automatically share your blog post to Facebook and Twitter when ever you update your blog with new contents. While the other method will send the new post to other social media sites like dig, mixx, stumbleupon and others including Facebook and Twitter only when you like to.

Auto posting to Facebook and Twitter via Twitterfeed.com or Networkedblogs. Once you have registered and add your blog feeds with any of these two tools, they will automatically deliver your post to Facebook and twitter respectively. You don’t have to use the both, just choose one and you are good to go. But if you think one might fail some day, you can use the two fine. 

How to get started. 

Visit this website and register with the first tool www.twitterfeed.com and add your blog/feed, connect your account with your Facebook profile, Facebook page and Twitter account. Once you are authorized and connected, your post will be sent automatically to your Facebook profile, pages and twitter account whenever you publish a new post. The title of the new post together with a link to the full page will appear also. One good thing with twitter feed is that, you can see statistics for each post showing you how many people clicked on your post. 

Now over to Networkedblog, this is a Facebook app that will help you publish your post automatically to facebook and twitter. The app simply syndicates your blog post to your facebook profile, facebook page and twitter account. It does the same job, no need for further explanation. All you need to do is this, visit www.networkedblogs.com/blog and sign in with your facebook log in details and authorize the app to have access to your facebook profile. Go to the application page and click on register a blog, enter your blog URL, description and some few keywords matching your blog. Once through, click on syndication to add your blog to facebook and twitter targets. Once done successfully, all your new published post will start appearing on your facebook and twitter page whenever you update your blog.

This second method is via www.seesmic.com a successor to ping.fm. seesmic.com is a website that will help you post to twitter, facebook, Linkedin, Tumblr and more only when you like to. All you have to do is register and create an account with seesmic.com. log in and add your social media profile to your account. whenever you want to share your post, just enter your URL then type a few message and click post. it will share the link to all the social media accounts that you have added to your seesmic account. that's all.
